Erica has spent many years working in the field of education, with a strong passion for supporting children and learning. Her diverse cultural upbringing, combined with over two decades of deep roots in the Cayman Islands, has given her valuable experience engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

 As Executive Director, she collaborates closely with government, corporate, and community partners to advance LIFE’s mission, bringing her dedication and enthusiasm for literacy and education to every aspect of her work.
